What is Erectile Dysfunction?

This is a prevalent challenge for many men that doesn't adhere to a specific age group and can impact individuals at different phases of life, but its frequency often increases with age.

PDE5 INHIBITION
Sildenafil and Tadalafil are in a group of medications called phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. They treat ED by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, which leads to an erection.
TIMING
Sildenafil is taken one hour before sexual activity and its effects last 4-6 hours. Tadalafil can be taken up to 36 hours before sexual activity and therefore is often known as the "weekender."
DAILY OPTION
Daily Tadalafil at a lower dose (5mg) is also an option, giving you the ability to obtain an erection without needing to time a dose to match expected sexual activity.
